I see you've been doing some research. best was the one that compared the amount bunged to TfL for the bikes and painting blue strips on the road, and the backing for the UK arms industry and related manufacturing activity (a substantially larger figure).
Unfortunately they couldn't, or decided not to match the bung for backing the Olympic Games, so you won't fine a Barclays Bike officially anywhere near the Games site.
Then again without the jerrymandering that generated the money in the Barclays coffers, would they have been in a position to offer such largesse to London? Maybe the tag-line on the subvertising should read "Sponsored by LIBOR levy through:...Barclays"
